Maintenance of auto labeling machine
1. Adjustment of the brush pressing device.
The center of the brush is aligned with the label and symmetrical on both sides. The marking brush is perpendicular to the surface of the container. The overlapping gap of the brush sweeping across the container is 10mm~15mm for a single brush and 5mm~10mm for a combined brush. The distance between the cleaning brush and the sponge is 1mm~2mm. Adjustment of the bottle head. The bottle pressing head should be 20mm lower when there is no bottle than when there is a bottle.
2. Adjustment of the label box.
The center line of the label box and the center axis of the label station are tangent to the label paper, and the three points of the center axis of the label plate are in a line. Adjust the tangent between the label plate and the label paper (0 distance), and then move the label box closer to 1mm~2mm. The gap between the standard paper in the standard box and the beading on both sides should be between 0.8mm-1mm. If the gap is too large, the label paper will shift in the standard box and a slanted mark will appear. If the gap is too small, the label will not be pushed smoothly. Adjustment of the position of the label grabbing hook of the label box: if the upper, lower, left and right label grabbing hooks are on the same vertical plane and work evenly on the label paper, the label can be caught smoothly. Adjustment of the label supply roller: when there is no label, the label pressing plate can be pressed to the front end of the label box and when the label is installed, the label near the label hook finger cannot be crushed.
3. Adjustment of bottle-in star wheel, bottle-out star wheel, and bottle-in screw.
When adjusting the bottle inlet and outlet star wheels and the bottle inlet screw, the bottle pressing head of the standard machine shall prevail. First adjust the star wheel for bottle infeed, when the bottle pressing head just overwhelms the bottle, adjust the star wheel for bottle infeed so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove. Adjustment of the bottle-feeding screw rod: take the bottle-feeding star wheel as the standard, when the bottle is in the middle of the groove of the bottle-feeding star wheel, adjust the screw rod so that the bottle-feeding side of the screw rod is close to the bottle without displacement. Adjustment of the bottle-out star wheel: When the bottle pressing head just lifts up, adjust the star wheel so that the bottle is in the middle of the star wheel groove.
4. Adjustment of the marking station.
Adjustment of the squeegee and the rubber roller: There should be no gap between the squeegee and the rubber roller throughout the entire length. If there is a gap, the squeegee can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric bolt. Adjustment of the rubber roller and the target plate: the target plate and the rubber roller are only in contact with each other without any pressure. If the gap is too large, there will be too much glue on the target plate, resulting in glue rejection. If the gap is too small and the contact is too tight, the glue will be squeezed away, and there will be no glue on half of the target board. The practice has proved that the gap between the target plate and the rubber roller is the best between 0.1mm and 0.2mm. It can be realized by adjusting the bearing seat at the lower part of the rubber roller, and adjusting the bearing at the upper part of the rubber roller if necessary.
