Before operating the labeling machine, we need to pay attention to the following requirements:

1.Check whether there are sundries in the components of the labeling machine. If it is necessary to remove them, use compressed air to blow out the dust in the belt feeding rail.

2.Check whether the electrical system is in good condition.

3.Before the labeling machine, make sure that there are no people or obstacles near or under the roller.

4.Before starting the labeling machine, check the oil level and liquid level in each system according to the instruction manual to see if the coolant is normal and reliable, and check whether the screws at each connecting part are loose.

5.Check whether there are people or obstacles near and below the labeling machine.

6.Check whether the vibration switch is disconnected and whether the transmission gear is in neutral.
